The level of GDP of a country is an indicator of the employment level. The amount of GDP growth of a nation, in real terms after discounting for the inflation, would be very negligible. Employment opportunities are lacking all . Even those available are reduced due to Lay off, Closure, or for so many other reasons that we come across in the daily Newspapers or in the TV broadcast.

Such decline in employment is mainly due to:

1.  the changes that emerge in the political configurations and policies of the governments of several Developed  and Developing countries. Examples for this are the Protectionism, Anti-Dumping , Ban on Outsourcing, etc.
2. the mindset and power of the people who control the vital decisions of Businesses, Administration, and Governance. The case of Banks turning bankrupt, is the classic example.
3. the general shift the world over, towards consumerism rather than the production of goods and services. This trend has led to many people seeking to become richer in a short time.
4. the use of machines and  robots.

The employment or job market is always there to those who like to work hard and not for those WHO IS ADAMANT to any CHANGE happening in the world and for those WHO WANT QUICK MONEY.
